We offer the following restaurant management services for existing or opening businesses:

Business Management – Our company provides operational management of businesses and the services they offer. We employ effective budgeting for your restaurant approved by the parties. The management of the business is carried out either under the agreement Trust management or under the agreement of optimizing the business process, without transferring the property. The remuneration amount to be paid is at least 5% of the gross income or at least 25% of the profit. The calculation of remuneration is variable and is set individually.

          MANZONI is a butcher shop & restaurant where love for guests and excellent cuisine always comes in the first place. This is the place where each ingredient is carefully chosen with meaning. At the Meat Laboratory, authentic signature cuisine from the brand chef and founder of the project Demetrio Manzoni is waiting for you, including a selection of chef's steaks (Bistecca alla Fiorentina, Rib Eye, Tomahawk, as well as Tuna and Lamb steaks), Dry Aged beef, Kentucky Cobb pork, Galina Italiano farm chicken and Colorado Lamb meat. Only natural quality products with no added soy or artificial flavor enhancers. Meat products can be purchased raw, or you can order a prepared dish in the in-store restaurant.
